The reason for my irregular menstrual cycle was diagnosed to be because of fatty liver condition. So what foods should I avoid apart from oils?

Witch grade of fatty liver is this? Generally grade 1 or2 does not cause this type of problem.Proper investigation such CBC, Thyroid profile, S Prolactin,LFT recquired.Get your pelvic USG done.
