In my USG fatty liver grade 3 is observed by radiologist. SGOT and SGPT are also on higher side 50 and 130. Please suggest.

You need to undergo fibroscan to look for liver fibrosis. Strict dietary restrictions and weight loss to be achieved. And vitamin E supplementation to be started. Please see a gastroenterologist.
