Around 6 months back i was diagnosed with Fatty Liver during a ultrasound... I was prescribed Vitamin E capsules.. I have been on limited carb diet since then.. How do i check the current condition of my liver? Any blood test like LFT? My bowel movements are regular but sometimes i feel my stools are harder

Harder stools are because less water intake and fibre in diet . For this have lot of fruits and water Liver function is usually normal in fatty live . Continue your fat free diet and get an repeated ultrasound after 3-4 months to check
