I have recently been diagnosed with a fatty liver of size 14cm after undergoing an USG. Am having sudden beating pain on my left side of the belly and also backache every now and then. Also I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome. What steps to take and how to get rid of the pain and reduce the liver size? What duet to follow.

The Treatment for both diseases is diet Nd lifestyle. To maintain weight in normal range. Plant based diet. Avoid animal source foods.
