Hi,
Lately I'm feeling more tired than usual(can be work stress). Energy levels are down, even if I run a little bit legs immediately starts aching. I gained some weight lately though like to say my eat habit is inadequate and sometimes feel I intake sugar more than required.
Any suggestion to put myself out from this dull situation.
Also, I'm having some skin rashes near my neck and an itchy scalp.

Avoid oily spicy and fast food and rice
Take salads and fruits more
Take milk regularly
Avoid masturbation
Reduce frequency of sex
Do yogasanas and pranayam daily
Go for morning and evening walk daily for good digestion and easy defication and good circulation
