Facing intermittent low grade fever and fatigue since I exerted myself from a very long walk, twice my usual distance in a day, also resulted in a sharp knee pain still ongoing.

Take paracetamol 3 times daily for 2 days and if not subsiding then do CBC, ESR and get a detailed consultation .
