I masturbated many times since I was young. Now I think my sexual power has exhausted. Whenever I masturbate I feel pretty tired for around 2-3 days. Please tell me what to do for this. I feel pain in my legs and arms. I feel sleepy all day. It seems like my sleep is never completed.
