Overuse of the leg leading to fatigue of the muscles. Ask her to rest for few days and then start with 50% activities and increase slowly on a weekly basis.

Fatigue could be due to many reasons like iron deficiency, vit B complex deficiency, back problem etc. Is she diabetic or hypertensive? What is her age?
Next Steps
She needs to be assessed completely. She should consult a Physician or Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for further evaluation and treatment.

Consult a general family physician about this. Fatigue happens if there is hypothyroidism. Maybe the doctor could suggest you get her thyroid test done. Once that is ruled out get her vitamin levels checked. If it’s not a vitamin deficiency they it’s probably just lack of strength. Hope this helps
