Thanks for contacting practo for medical query.I am Dr.Shanmugavadivu a senior physician answering your question.You have cough,chest pain,fatiguability and loss of appetite .I suspect pleurisy.It is nothing but inflammation of pleura or covering of lung. Kindly consult a doctor in person and get yourself clinically examined and undergo investigations like X-ray chest,blood count,ESR etc.and get treated accordingly.Hope this helps.Take care
