My fasting level always between 110-115. I use to walk and excercise on daily basis. I don't take any medicine and cut down sugar from my diet. How can I reduce it to under 100 or 95. Thank in advance to all experts.
Best way to reduce sugar is to maintain healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and good diet. To reverse diabetes u need to reduce weight if over weight that’s the only way to do it.
My fasting glucose is 105, however after 1-2 hour of meal it is 89. Can this be possible? Please explain
