Fasting sugar level

Hello. I was recently diagnosed with PCOD. My fasting sugar level is 99. I'm worried its on the higher side. How can I bring it down? TSH is normal.

Fasting blood sugar levels between 80 to 110 can be considered to be normal.

The main concern PCOD, sugar level is alright... So try to cure PCOD first..Keep a check on your weight...
