Hi Fasting and Post prandial blood sugar levels are not 💯 % Confirmatory. These blood sugar levels are vary on based on your type of meal. So for Confirm get HbA1c test done (for this fasting is not required, you can have this test even after meal)
Next Steps
HbA1c test is advised
Health Tips
*Plenty of Fluids *home based light workout *keep check on sugar

Normal fasting blood sugar range is between 70- 99 mg/ dl. Levels between 100 - 125 is impaired fasting glucose ( pre diabetic range ) . Fasting blood sugar of 126 or more is diabetes . So your range has come in pre diabetic level .
Next Steps
You should do HbA1c and other metabolic tests like ( lipid profile , LFT , KFT and U . acid etc)
Health Tips
If you are over weight / obese and have a family history of diabetes in first degree relatives then yes you should be worried as you are at high risk of developing diabetes .
