Fasting blood sugar high
Hi, I have noticed that for the past two months my fasting blood sugar is around 115-128 but post meal reading comes within 105-120. I had LFT and my SGPT came 72. I was not diabetic and I exercise daily. Should I be concerned, what should I do to rectify the blood sugar levels.
Get GTT TEST TO CONFIRM DIABETES THEN PROCEED TO TREATMENT IF DIAGNOSED

Sugars reports are suggestive u have diabetes. Need to do FBS PPBS HBA1c to confirm. To manage diabetes first thing need to do start exercise regularly, maintain ideal body weight, healthy diet habits and overall good lifestyle. All these will help u to maintain ur sugars in normal range. Inspite of this if sugars are not controlled need to start on medicines.
