My fasting sugar at 5:00 am is 200 then by 6:30 goes to 250 same way post lunch is 180 then by evening 7:00pm it goes around 250 to 300 I take in the morning invokana 100mg and jalra 50/500 in the afternoon i take reclimet 1 tab let and in the night i take reclimet and jalra 1

Stop multiple medicine take only two medicine Stop ivokana Take jalrma-M 20/500 morning and evening after food Take Diapride-2 morning and evening before breakfast and dinner Repeat sugars after 5 days as medicine would take 5 days to produce an effect Also tell your kidney reports and liver reports and Hba1c tests as these are important to look into which medicine would suite u better .
