I have been acidity and gas in stomach from 15 days with fast heart beat .

Hi dear, You need a evaluation - Upper Gastroscopy, which would ruled out any ulceration / erosions and can check for presence of H PYLORI infection. You can take tab. PANTODAC DSR (1-0-1) half an hour before meal for 5 days.
