Hi All, I'm from Kashmir and I'm working in Gurgaon so i was in my native place and i came back recently for office need. i'm suffering something which i totally don't know.. Like when i tried to sleep at night usually i don't sleep much, i remain awake. So laying on bed when i close my eyes i try to sleep i'm feeling like i'm on very tall building and i got slip. Which makes my heart beat fast. I do have fast heart beat from last 2 months. My nights are horrible :( . Please Suggest. I do have height phobia.
