I have detected with anal fissure and my doctor has precribed me to apply lignox jelly for 3 times a day and i feel that my heart beat is faster after i started applying can you suggest me what should i do.

Hi. There should be no side effects for the lignox gel. But if you feel so after applying I suggest you to show a surgeon again before stopping the gel.
