Fallopian tubes blocked

My both tubes was blocked.so two years back I got treatment. But result is not good.i need your advise .

First thing rule out the cause of tubal blockage If u have done hsg and tube is blocked plz go for laproscopy and find out the excat cause some time due to spasm tubes r bloked and if u see on laproscopy its usually open and if still blocked then option is ivf

If your tubes are blocked and you are trying to get pregnant yoir only option is IVF
