I am falling asleep while reading or driving for long hours. Even if I sleep for 7 to 8hrs a night.
What drug i can take on daily bases to prevent this from happening? Which does not have any physical or mental side effects.
You need to be physically active by doing some exercises in the morning. Do Pranayama few times a day. With few lifestyle modifications, you should get better.
