Had a fall in the bathroom I am 85 yrs old lady. and got hurt on my left leg. And there is a swelling and pain on my thigh which is unbearable. So I am not able to bear the pain or walk even a step a head. So let me know what has to be done. I have removed an Xray also. But it shows only swelling and no crack or damage. And bought medicines for the pain and swelling. but not better still.

It may be a muscular injury. So if did x ray n there is no fracture then you can do icing( if you have no history of heart problems)
