Got fair skin by birth but the skintone is uneven. Arms and forehead is tanned. While covered body parts are fairer. Is there something to even out skin tone?

Hi Yes lot many things , but the best way is you can plan chemical peel which will help you out to get even tone. Apart from that regular use of sunscreen is must. Good moisturizer and good water intake is also advisable. In case of further doubt you can always connect.
