Hi, All deep coloured fruits and vegetables are allowed in Jaundice. A low fat and non spicy soft diet should be followed. Best to eat home cooked food like Khichadi, Dal rice, Vegetables etc. Fruits like Banana, Chickoo, Custard apple are very good for the liver. Avoid spicy, oily and outside meals.
