Hello I am facing a high fever, it increases to as much as 104 if I don't take paracetamol for 6 hour. Also I have a severe pain in my throat which is preventing me to take any food.

U need to consult yr family Dr,n get yr throat examine by him, he will suggest medicines n blood test if require to know the cause of fever.
