Hi , I am facing chronic digestive problem , After my meal I am getting gas and some time burning sensation in stomach and Due to gas I am experiencing pinching in heart and chest pain once gas is out chest pain and pinching is heart is also over went to consult the cardiologist but after all the test cardiac issue is ruled out. This issue I am facing from last 4 month. I am experiencing constipation some time also .Some time I feel good but some day are worse. How to rule out whether I am suffering from deadly disease or not . Please help.
