Facing cold & nose block

Every morning when I wake up I feel cold and nose block. After taking tea and bath it goes. This now a daily problem since last 6 months. Also I feel sometimes like something is sticking my throat but actually there is nothing in my throat when I see. Please suggest. I wake up early due to my nose block everyday.
