Hi, Facial hair at your age can be hormonal , you should get your hormonal essay done to rule out pcod. If it comes out to be normal than you can think of applying some over the counter available creams for hair reduction.. these procedures like lasers and creams helps to reduce hair but not completely remove them.
Next Steps
Rule out pcod by ultrasound and hormonal essay
Health Tips
You can temporarily use razors or bleach the hair for camouflage

Increase in hair growth can be due to hormonal changes. Hve u done blood tests, sonography? Medication can be taken to control hormonal imbalance. Hair growth can only be reduced, not removed permanently. Laser gives best results in terms of hair growth reduction.
