C/c- Patient complains of facial asymmetry with affected left side impairment since 3months.
Elaborately these are to be done for-
Facial nerve palsy of the left side of face to be evaluated with any history of injury, in growing pathology, compressed nerve. Nerve injury if any can be transient or permanent, three types-neuropraxia, neurotemesis, axonotemesis
Provisional diagnosis-
Facial nerve palsy? of left side of face with facial asymmetry since 3months.
Differential diagnosis-
Trigeminal neuralgia
Trigger zones
Since 3 Months left side? facial muscles more active?
