Face pimples and dark spots

It feels like there is an infection in both side of face sometimes. It cure and then come back again after few days. What should I do for healthy and glowing face skin.

It can be cleared...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
