Face oily skin
I have a problem facing oily and looks black Dullness in my face. I washed a face with cold water for every two hours in day time still now I face that problem. I use mysore sandal soap. You probably have over activity of oil glands. There are medicines available to suppress the oil activity. The black marks in your arm pits may be either blocked oil glands or some other problem. I won't know for sure unless I take a look. Please fix an appointment with a dermatologist near you. If it is blocked oil glands it can be removed by simple procedure in the Dermatologists clinic.
