I have cataract in both of my eyes because of medicine for alergy in eyes.There is hazyness in the eyes.Some black spot is coming sometime.

You should get your complete checkup done by an ophthalmologist and if he/she suggests you may have to go for surgery. Also get your IOP checked as there are incidences of IOP rise with constant use of such medications.
