Eyes sensitive to sunlight

Doctors , when i am infront up sun at that duration my eyes close a little bit .but vision perfect and only eyes is not that much open like inside room or when i am not unfront up to sun . So please guide me what to do ? without sunglasses tell any tip

Pl use Sun glasses,and Tears eye drops, 2drops 3times a day.pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
