It sounds like you have a case of computer vision syndrome. This is common in people who stare at a screen for long hours during the day. It causes your head to pain and eyes to dry out.
Take a break every half an hour and try relax your eyes by closing them. You can supplement this with any good ocular lubricating drop. Using anti glare glasses might help to some extent but will not solve your problem completely.
