Eyes and nose issue

I have symptoms like ✅ Burning in both eyes ✅ Redness ✅ Itching ✅ Watering ✅ Blurred vision (if present) ✅ Worse after using a mobile or computer and if I Seen 15mns of computer screen and office lights also getting eyes pain, getting irritation, redness, itching. After 20mins feel like cold,nose blockage and getting sneeze, headache. Could please what is the issue and what I need to clear all these.

Can be due to eye strain and dryness Get examined bg ophthalmologist Meanwhile use eye drop refresh tear 4 times a day and cold compression along with frequent break during computer use

All these signs are clasically of " Digital eye syndrome". Kindly try to reduce or screen time or atleast take frequent breaks, try to follow the "20-20-20" rule. Also some good preservative free lubricating drops should help you with these symptoms. Always safer to consider consulting an ophthalmologist.
