You are having congenital ptosis  ,type of surgery depend on lps action ,if lps action is mild to moderate ,lps resection technique is possible otherwise ptosis correction is on possible by sling technique.21 yrs proper age for ptosis surgery, consult oculoplastic surgeon who is doing regularly this type of surgery.
