Hi I'm suffering from continuous eye twitching in my left eye from last 7 days this month due to my father illness I'm staying in hospital as attender not sleeping well and all this time is tough and with tension and depression is this anything serious or just because of restlessness

It may occur due to stress and strain.pl  have adequate sleep.pl do eye exercises. Pl take Tab.Shelcal 500 mg,1tab per day for 1 month.pl have vision test and slitlamp eye examination. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
