I got my LASIK done 10 days back. Eye strain and headache occurs when I sit in front of computer for long. Please suggest a solution

Hello, If.it is mandatory to sit in front of system then you need to use spects which filter uv rays and also helps you eyes to prevent glare of any light source. Thank you
