If there is a noticeable difference in size you must consult an eye doctor. Certain tests may have to be done to find out the exact  cause. Can tell conclusively only after examining eyes. Also if your screen time has increased owing to the Pandemic, the following tips may be useful - Take frequent breaks - Follow the 20-20-20 rule, 20 mins screen time followed by 20 seconds break during which you look 20 feet away - Increase blinking . -If you have spectacles, always use them while using your devices - Do not touch or rub eyes - Consult an eye doctor in the event of redness , itching , blurred vision, foreign body sensation in eye These are features of computer vision syndrome which occurs due to increased screen time.

Eye ball becoming small is quite rare and need not be considered at your age. Sometimes lids can become swollen due  to over eye strain or droop down due to weakness which can give rise to such unequal eye size . But Eye ball can bulge out due to certain conditions like Thyroid . Any of these must be evaluated by an ophthalmologist or an Oculuplasty specialist to come to a diagnosis. Have your old photos and new photos handy when you consult the doctor.
