Sir, from yesterday i have severe headache going on my eye and i have myopia -5 on both eyes with some cylindrical lens and helpful tips on this

Pl have vision test and slitlamp eye examination and Refraction and Fundus. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Severe headache could be due to multiple reasons.  Please get your glass number checked by local ophthalmologist. If you have long hours of screen time,  try to minimize it,  keep taking breaks when in front of screen. Sos Consult neurologist to rule out migraine or ent specialist to rule out sinusitis.
