Severe headache could be due to multiple reasons.  Please get your glass number checked by local ophthalmologist. If you have long hours of screen time,  try to minimize it,  keep taking breaks when in front of screen. Sos Consult neurologist to rule out migraine or ent specialist to rule out sinusitis.
