Do some hot fomentation Tab cetrizine 10mg one daily for 5 days. Tab voveran 50mg every 8 hours for 3 days, after meals. Apply Bacitracin ointment  over the swelling 2 to 3 times daily. It should subside with above treatment, otherwise next option is to get it excised in a hospital.
