What is ICL . Can u plzz briefly explain it .my eye sight numbrr is -9.5 and -9.my age is 21 year and it is constant upto my age 20.

ICL is implantable collamer lens....a thin contact lens which is implanted inside eye . It's very safe and best for you as your number is very high ,can't get corrected fully by lasik.
