it seems to be insect bite. please give  cold compresses. and put antibiotics and anti allergic eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. olopatadine and moxifloxacin. also give anti allergic tab e.g. cetrizine 10 mg.or consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
