Red small spots near the eye ..!! Which is creating itching .. Its is pain too ..! It is a sot of infection I guess bec. It is increasing continuously..

Yes probably its an eye infection which might get worsened if not started with treatment in time. Do not take over the counter drops and self treat your eyes.
