My age is 21 year and my eye number is -9.5 and -9 . How to cure it. It regularly increases upto my age is 20 now it is constant .

Hello As your age is 20, this power will become stable now...it usually becomes stable at 18-21 yrs of age Lasik is very good option to avoid glasses If Lasik is not possible then ICL is a very good option to avoid them
