Can No Yoga or Other exercise help me to decrease my power - 0.5 spherical and - 0.75 cylindrical, I don't want complete zero, but even a small reduction should be good? How to know if its psuedomyopia?

Hello I am sorry but there is no medicine or exercise or yoga to get rid of glasses As this power is very small.. You can avoid using glasses if there is no headache or visual disturbance Cycloplegic refraction helps to rule out pseudo myopia
