Couldn't understand the whole scenario. Please tell me - what's your exact problem is ? Whether you are having pain only in eye or its associated with left sided headache? Whether you are experiencing any other systemic symptoms like vertigo, nausea , vomits, insomnia e.tc with it ? Have you checked your blood pressure & blood sugar level? Do you have any difficulty in vision in left eye or in both eyes ? Is there any redness in that eye ? Are you feeling any pain during movement of that eye ? Please make those points clear to me. I really surprised why are you taking steroids unnecessarily? Steroid isn't a medicine for poor appetite & bad health. Please don't misuse steroids.  It has many potential side effects. Discuss your problem with any registered Ophthalmologist & General physician.  I'm sure your problem will be sorted out. There is nothing to worry.
