Dr...am 28 years old....having eye pain and Headache while watching mobile and laptop even for 2 mins...am having refractive power glasses am wearing it regularly...i checked with the dr and changed before 1 month from that am wearing regularly stilll having eye pain and headache.....using lubrication drops tooo...what will be the reason??? And how to overcome this pain while seeing mobile.....plz guide me dr....having no pain while doing other works....pain only while seeing screen...like tv laptop and phone...am working in IT field...this giving big trouble in my daily life
