Eye lids got puss pimples

Few instructions:
(1) Hot compress to both eyes 3 times a day for 15 days ( Can dip clean cotton in warm drinking water and keep over closed eyes for 30 seconds)
(2) Avoid rubbing of eye
(3) Eye hygiene with baby shampoo 2 times a day for 15 days (Take on tip of your index finger any baby shampoo say Johnson baby shampoo or Himalaya baby shampoo , wet your eyes and gently rub the shampoo with your finger on closed eyes for 15 seconds and thoroughly wash off with drinking water)
(4) Eye ointment Ocupol DX once at bedtime apply over the swellings and also put little amount inside the eye for 10 days.
Next Steps
As you have already taken medications previously the next line of management is manual drainage. Give it a try to above mentioned instructions and observe for another 1 week but if the issue is not getting solved then meet any nearby Ophthalmologist.
