Hello.. I tried moistane eye drops and q sap ointment for last 1 month for eye itching. Both of them are not working. Cannot visit doctor due to Corona virus. Tried refresh tears today too.. But no relief.. Kindly suggest. Photo of eyes is also attached.

Use moistane or refresh tears more often. Do not rub eyes. Stop Qsap ointment. And use Acular LS eye drops once or twice a day if itching doesn't go away with moistane frequent use. Protect eyes from long hours of screen time and direct blast from a c or fan.
