When she wakes up, blood is all around her eyes and there's swelling too. Pus comes out from her eyes. Her eyes remain half open only. Please suggest something. Pics attached are taken when she wakes up and after cleaning it up. Been in this condition since last 3 days.

Hello...this is lid infection...kindly consult local eye specilist and start treatment

The medicines you mentioned seem to be adequate for the condition, at least to start with. If there is no improvement within few days, better to review with your ophthalmologist. Sometimes this kind of situations need additional oral medicines as well.
