I'm having eye irritation and redness since last few days. Occasionally it pricks and vision blurs. Attached is a pic of my eye as of now. I'm not in India for another 3weeks so unable to visit a doctor in person. The weather is very dry and cold  at the city I'm in now plus I seem to have a cold as well. So wondering if that could be the reason. I did try some home remedies like cold compress but it doesn't seem to help. I had put up this question earlier but unable to reply to the response I got from thr Dr. Hence repeating the question! Appreciate the help and thanks very much!
